• Think ahead about what you want to appear on the top of the treat and which layer you want at the bottom (feel free to change it up or even do some that are all carob or all coconut oil and strawberry)
• Place your molds on a moveable sturdy object like a baking sheet, cutting board or large plastic lid
• Prepare the layer that you want on top (see layer instructions below), and pour it into molds, about halfway
• Place in the fridge to harden for 30 mins to an hour
• Repeat step 3 for the second layer
• Return to the fridge for 2-3 hours and serve!

Carob Layer Instructions

• In a microwave safe container, add the carob chips and coconut oil.  Microwave at 30 second intervals, stirring well in between, until melted and smooth

Strawberry Layer Instructions

• In a microwave safe contained, add coconut oil. Microwave in 15 seconds intervals until melted. Add finely chopped strawberries and stir well
