Dehydrated Yogurt Coconut Drops for Dogs
Made with yogurt, dried coconut and a little coconut flour, these drops will be a hit with your pups.
Equipment
- Air Fryer with hydrate function, oven or dehydrator
Ingredients
- 1 cup yogurt (the thicker the better!)
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer / oven / dehydrator to 125°F / 50°C or lowestavailable setting
- If applicable, line baking sheet or dehydrator rack with parchment paper
- If yogurt is watery, strain using a clean kitchen towel or piece of cheese cloth
- In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients
- Add mixture to a piping bag or ziplock bag
- Snip a small hold in one corner
- Drop by small droplets onto parchment paper (about the size of a pea or a little larger). Place drops close together, leaving a small amount of room for spreading
- Place rack(s) or sheets in air fryer / oven / dehydrator for 8-12 hours
- Yogurt drops are done when they are completely dry
- Remove the treats from the air fryer / oven / dehydrator and let them cool completely before offering them to your dog
