Place silicone molds on a cutting board, baking sheet or firm lid to add stability for moving them in and out of the freezer
Wash the strawberries and remove the stems.
Add the strawberries to a blender or food processor with the liquid of your choice. Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a splash of water to adjust the consistency.
Once the mixture is smooth, pour it into silicone molds or ice cube trays until each mold is filled halfway
Place the molds in the freezer for at least 20 minutes.
Rinse out the blender or food processor and add the peeled the banana.
Add your liquid and blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a splash of water to adjust the consistency.
Remove your molds from the freezer and top up each mold with the banana mixture.
Return the molds in the freezer and let the treats freeze for at least 3-4 hours, or until they are completely set.
Once frozen, remove the treats from the molds and store them in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to serve.
